James A. Rasberry
James A. Rasberry started his insurance career in the payroll market in 1990 with National Teacher Associates Life Insurance company where he started as a sales agent, then District Manager over North Louisiana and finally as Regional Manager over the state of Louisiana. In 1994 he founded the St. James Agency with Capital American Life where he served as a recruiter, sales trainer and manager. He later joined Performance Matters Associates (PMA) owned by Conseco after its acquisition of Capital American Life. He started as a Regional Manager and was later promoted to Divisional Manager over the states of Florida, South Carolina and Alabama managing a sales team of 60+ agents and managers. In 2003 he left PMA and Conseco and started Rasberry & Associates. They primarily service the Life, Health and Accident insurance needs in the private as well as public payroll market. Today Rasberry and Associate’s main focus is on providing Allstate Benefits to UPS employees in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas and Texas.
Kathy Keithley
Kathy has spent 20+ years fostering close relationships with her clients. She is passionate about getting what is best for her and their families. She’s licensed with all multiple life insurance companies, so she can always find the best option—even if it’s not an obvious one. She is easy to communicate with and available to talk to you about your needs anytime.
Sierra Rasberry
Sierra is James’s daughter from Monroe, Louisiana. She has a background in design (architecture, photography, and art are just a few of her talents!). She is here to help out her dad in whatever way she can with running this website and making his job easier.
